Today I meet you again here with my catch today in nature I really enjoy doing activities in nature and hunting small insects and unique and beautiful plants, today I got a dragonfly perched on the rope he was relaxed and seemed to be silent but he was always alert and paying attention to the situation around him
This is a unique insect and has a shape like a helicopter and has wings that can fly and has the Latin name diplacedes levebvrii with the name in my area, dragonflies are still included in the caterpillar family that undergoes changes in shape (metamorphosis) like butterflies, this dragonfly can be found in rural areas and often perched on stretched ropes and on branches that have become twigs
This dragonfly is often caught by children and used as a toy because it can fly they will tie a small rope to its tail so that it becomes very interesting to play and I also had this experience in my childhood
There are many types of dragonflies that I found in my area, some have a beautiful red color, some have a dark green color and some have a black color that often live in the forest and there are also dragonflies that I found that are small in size, they are often in short grass
Dragonflies have large eyes that can clearly see the presence of predators and dragonflies also have strong sensors to detect danger and also have hard skin and have strong and sharp beaks and teeth so that they can easily tear food
The main food of dragonflies is grass but I have found dragonflies also eat small insects maybe this is by chance, dragonflies have long wings so that they allow them to fly very stably on their wings there are four parts that function to control flight
The dragonfly's round and long abdomen shape makes it easy to maneuver in flight and is very light in weight.
