The Sixers lost in a bit of brutal fashion yesterday. The Embiid-less Sixers had control through much of the game but, the Kings stayed strong. The Kings closed the fist half in a big way and were very clutch at the end of the game. The Kings had just fired their coach Mike Brown recently so it's safe to say the Kings were pretty locked in.
Hopefully the team can move on quick because the competition is a bit stiffer tonight when they'll be facing Steph Curry and the Warriors on their second game of a back to back. Embiid will be back so that should help. It will be fun to see Embiid and Curry on the court together. There may be a few other Hall of Famers on the court who knows but, Embiid and Curry are surely likely going to be in the Hall.
Despite Klay Thompson's departure, the Warriors are still playing decent basketball. They will be at home, trying to get over .500, so this is definitely going to be a crazy environment!
The road to .500 for the Sixers was never going to be easy, but I think the Sixers will get back to their winning ways tonight!
