it feels like most are trying to finish as much as they can as early as they can. Starting the season good this year will be important, especially for clubs that have a lot of international players.
Another thing is 5 subs. Clubs with good bench will benefit as getting 5 fresh players on in the second half could make a difference, especially later in the season.
The subs could be crucial and why players will most likely receive more game time than usual. I see people moaning about having similar players but that could turn out to be a good thing with the sub laws. Fresher legs with a similar skill level may actually work out well.
