Day 1756 | Superbowl Sunday


I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

I have somewhat made it into a tradition to watch part of the superbowl each year staying up way too long and scewing up my sleep. I always get to take +ev bets making use of a bookmaker promo and this time around I opted for a 1H bet which turned out into a winner. I watched untime the halftime show.

Before the superbowl there was a day of football which went quite well overall also.

Still bad eating making Spaghetti and eating way too much of it.

Today GoalsMonday as the start of the new week I once again will aim to go at it. The aim is to do a morning walk, clean my appartment and go to a hot yoga session in the evening all while drinking enough and not eating much.
