Corinthians x Santos
Corinthians is packed, it's the best team in series A at this point in the season. With better performance and more victories (8 in total), Timão is one of the favorites to fight for the Campeonato Paulista title. With the retention of its main players such as Garro, Yuri Alberto and Memphis Depay, Corinthians has demonstrated the best football in São Paulo.
Santos, on the other hand, has not managed to win so far with the return of Neymar to the team. It is the park's second game with Peixe and in this performance they are a draw and a defeat. It is clear that Neymar is not 100%, but even if this is a "problem", it is possible to see that the team can count on him. A noite desta quarta-feira foi marcada por diversos jogos dos estaduais no Brasil, mas os que mais chamaram as atenções dos amantes de futebol sem dúvidas foram os confrontos de Flamengo x Botafogo e Corinthians x Santos. Cada um disputando o campeonato carioca e paulista respectivamente. Ambas as partidas tivemos gols, emoção e uma pitada de rivalidade como deve sempre acontecer nesses clássicos.
Flamengo x Botafogo
Após uma partida sem emoções no também clássico contra o Fluminense, o Flamengo precisava dar uma resposta rápida para a sua torcida que ficou dívida nesta semana entre apoiar ou não sobre as falas do técnico Filipe Luís sobre não dar tanta importância nesse estadual. Atitude acertada do técnico, pois é uma boa escolha fazer do Cariocão a continuação da pré temporada.
De todo modo, a verdade é que caso os jogadores fossem se esforçar ao máximo nesse começo de temporada, provavelmente veríamos o mesmo filme acontecer no ano passado onde o time sofreu com várias baixas ao longo da temporada. Foi difícil disputar as competições com uma parte do time do DM. Pedro e Matías Viña ainda se recuperam de suas lesões desde o ano passado.
O clássico carioca teve quase tudo que uma partida entre Flamengo e Botafogo deveria ter. Lembrando que há 10 dias eles se enfrentaram pela disputa da Supercopa e o rubro-negro foi o vencedor. Era evidente que o Fogão precisava vencer para conseguir ficar entre os 4 primeiros para passar pela próxima fase, mas o time não foi tão eficaz no ataque e o goleiro Matheus Cunha trabalhou bem pouco no gol.
Com apenas um gol no clássico, não resta dúvidas de que o ápice da partida foi justamente após o seu fim quando o zagueiro Barboza começou uma confusão com Bruno Henrique e Gerson que estava próximo tentou acalmar os ânimos e o resultado? Muito empurra-empurra e um princípio de briga logo se instalou no campo. O árbitro da partida expulsou Gerson (que não fez literalmente nada), Barboza e o jovem Cleiton que desferiu um golpe no rosto do zagueiro argentino.
As redes sociais não perdoaram essa derrota frustrante e também do que aconteceu após a partida. Curiosamente o jovem zagueiro rubro-negro ganhou mais de 50 mil seguidores no Instagram depois de que sei vídeo agredindo Barboza viralizou na internet. É verdade que se esse golpe tivesse sido em cheio no rosto do argentino, ele poderia ter perdido muito mais que apenas um dente.
Mas durante a partida, outro que deveria ter sido expulso era o De La Cruz, mas por incompetência tanto do VAR quanto do bandeirinha, esse lance passou despercebido. Ainda não me conformo que esses tipos de erros são comuns mesmo com tanta tecnologia envolvida em uma partida de futebol. Talvez o resultado poderia ter sido diferente, mas nunca iremos saber. Com esse placar final de 1 - 0, Flamengo é o líder do campeonato e Botafogo segue em 6° lugar.
Corinthians x Santos
O Corinthians vem embalado, é o melhor time de série A nesse momento da temporada. Com melhor aproveitamento e com mais vitórias (8 no total), o Timão é um dos favoritos a brigar pelo título do Campeonato Paulista. Vale lembrar que estamos no início da temporada e não tenho dúvidas de que o time de Santos irá evoluir.
Sempre em toda temporada alguns times irão se destacar dos demais e isso é bem comum. Aqueles que estiverem fazendo um bom planejamento para se prepararem ao longo do ano, vão conseguir melhores resultados no fim do ano quando disputar todas as competições. Lembro que em junho teremos o Super Mundial e estou bem animado poder acompanhar alguns times que irão representar o Brasil. Para quem é um torcedor apaixonado por futebol, ainda verá muitas partidas emocionantes até lá.
