Mas o que ninguém esperava era uma forte chuva que foi capaz de literalmente inundar o estádio e o campo estava completamente encharcado. Mesmo com um tempo ruim, a torcida lotou o Mangueirão e puderam ver o primeiro gol da partida vindo de Bruno Henrique de pênalti. Após o gol, o árbitro decidiu paralisar a partida por conta da chuva e seguiu com o protocolo de aguardar 30 minutos para tentar retomar o jogo.
Depois de praticamente uma hora depois, a partida voltou e a diferença técnica e tática eram facilmente percebida pelas duas equipes. Bruno Henrique foi o grande destaque da final com 2 gols e o segundo foi muito lindo com um chute de primeira em direção ao gol. Para sacramentar a partida, Luiz Henrique fez o terceiro e Patrick de Paula fez o gol de honra do Botafogo. Por fim, 3 - 1 para o Flamengo e conquistou o seu primeiro título da temporada.
Time Muito Bem Fisicamente
A parte física que foi um grande problema em toda temporada passada, nesse começo de 2025, podemos observar um Flamengo mais inteiro durante as partidas. Apesar de que foi o segundo jogo oficial do time titular, foi nítida a diferença entre o Flamengo e Botafogo do começo ao fim. Isso mostra o quanto que o trabalho feito pelo técnico Filipe Luís está sendo bastante surpreendente e com menos de 1 ano como técnico profissional, ele já coleciona 2 títulos nacionais no profissional.
A maturidade de Gerson dentro de campo tem surpreendido a todos. Desde o ano passado ele tem sido fundamental para o time. É por isso que ele tem sido ultimamente convocado para a Seleção Brasileira e a tendência é que ele terá uma vaga garantida para a Copa do Mundo de 2026. Outros jogadores como Alex Sandro e Wesley devem ser também convocados pelo Dorival Júnior que esteve acompanhando de perto a final.
Apesar de que a partida teve uma longa paralisação por conta da chuva, felizmente não interferiu no incrível jogo que 40 mil torcedores puderam assistir dentro de campo. É incrível o quanto que o Flamengo mexe com a sua torcida, pois teve pessoas que viajaram 12 horas de barco para poder assistir a partida da Supercopa do Brasil. Outro torcedor viajou 18 horas de carro e sem dúvidas existem muitas outras histórias de paixão pelo seu clube do coração.
A temporada promete, o Flamengo já conquistou seu primeiro título do ano e a chegada de Juninho e principalmente Danilo que até entrou na etapa final da partida, poderão reforçar ainda mais o elenco e a previsão é que os outros jogadores que estão lesionados possam voltar antes do Super Mundial começar. Até lá, existe muito tempo para preparar o time e Filipe Luís sabe que poderá contar com o elenco que o abraçou desde o início de seu trabalho no clube.
