Maybe you have an opportunity there for a "Hive-Engine token" schema... You can either rely on the HIVE chain or if you trust HE chain history, use that to rebuild any share calculation at any time (or overtime in case it's cumulative).
I guess once this has success, for SPORTs, you have a good chance of thinking it through.
