It importance of getting fit and in shape cannot be overemphasized. It's really good has it helps the maintain it's proper configuration and keeps one healthy.
Although I am yet to do exercising as I'd like due to the issues and workload of the offline workloads. Will however be adjusting my schedule in the couple of months to make time for this important practice.
