Liverpool at home against Accrington Stanley is a game between a Lion and a rat. At least, that's how it looks on paper. You can almost say that the result is already decided even before they kicked the ball.

Based on the performance of both sides, the quality of each of their leagues, and their ranking in their league table, you could easily say that this is going to be an easy win for Liverpool.

We know what Liverpool are capable of doing although the last couple of weeks has been tough for them. In this particular game, Liverpool are expected to bench some of their major players ahead of the more serious game which we will be playing next against Nottingham Forest.

When the lineup was released an hour before the game, we had a good blend of players who I believed would get the job done. Endo also got his chance to start. This time around, he played as center-back partner to Quansah.

First Half

The first half of the game was a joy to watch. Liverpool were obviously in control of the game. Liverpool players were pressing from all sides of the frontline. Szobo controlled the midfield to neutralize attacking threat from the opponents.

Endo was also spectacular. His new role at the backline is something we've been experimenting with this season because he has struggled to secure game time in the midfield. He did a solid job in that backline and coordinating his defensive partners through this half of the game.

The first goal of the game was scored in the 29th minute, through a counter-attacking play. Nunez delivered the assist for the goal which was finished by Diogo Jota to put Liverpool ahead.

The second goal came just before halftime. This time around, the assist was delivered by Szobo, and the finish was a bullet shot by Trent from outside the box. He genuinely needed that goal because it was beginning to feel like Liverpool are not getting so many things right.

Second Half

Scoring two goals in the first half while keeping a clean sheet gave Liverpool the opportunity to adjust their lineup by doing early substitutions to give other folks opportunity to play. Chiesa is one of the players that got theiopportunity in this second half of the game.

Liverpool continued the second half with the same level of control they had in the first half. We completely dominated the opponents and created a bunch of goalscoring opportunities.

Of course, we got goals in this half of the game. The goals were scored by Jayden Danns and Federico Chiesa to push the scoreline to 4 - 0 in favor of Liverpool. Chiesa in particular could have scored a hat trick in this half of the game. He got every footing right and was just unlucky to have scored only a goal in game.

With this fabulous performance and the rest some of the first team players got, all our attention is now on our next EPL game which would be against Nottingham Forest... A team which is having the best season of their life. Haha.

I'm looking forward to that game.
