Even Paris Saint German are ready to let him go, they didn't appreciate his work again and they are set to release him at the rate of 43 million pounds, but the money isn't the problem, the problem is about the weekly allowance that they would be paying him. 24 million pounds in a year, that is huge, very huge indeed, not all clubs can afford that kind of amount for just only one player, it's only if Spain that spend that kind of money and it's not even possible again these days.
If Neymar Junior leave Paris Saint German and play for another club, even if it's not Chelsea, he would definitely perform because he would leave Paris Saint German with unhappy mind and he would want to proof them wrong most especially if he play against them. He would definitely perform, he's a great player but he is too playful when he is on ball, he don't ever get serious and he goes to pasties, he goes to club so much, alcoholism which they complain so much in Paris Saint German, so can Thiago Silver cub him not to go to night clubs? Too much alcoholism and night parties is what caused problems for Neymar Junior.
Too much playful and alcoholism is what cause injury for Neymar Junior time to time but as Thiago Silver said he can stand for him if Chelsea can buy him, maybe he would change for better, Thiago Silver may know the ways that he can talk to him to change for better and FIFA World Cup is still near, all these may make him change for better because he won't want to miss World Cup but I don't think there is a way that exposure can be curb. Neymar Junior is a guy with so much exposure, he may not be able to be curb, even if he reach England, he may still go clubbing.
If Neymar Junior really want to leave Paris Saint German, he should reduce his weekly allowance then, it's just that the money that he takes to do clubbing would be lesser. Clubs are in debt, and the there is fair play rule out there, there is certain amount that each club can spend, only Neymar Junior's weekly due can pay 3 players weekly due in some club. Roberto Lewandowski reduced the money that he want to be collecting at Barcelona just because he want to leave the club and find another challenge, if Neymar can do that, I it may be fine by him.

Maybe he looked for money and he sees the money, he made French ligue 1 popular and he gain the same respect that Messi have at Barcelona in France but he killed himself with too much alcoholism and night parties which causes him injury.
The move to PSG was an absolute waste of time but not for the money aspect...I would definitely love to see him in Chelsea
