Hi everyone, I hope you all are well .
So this is my first post and I m sharing you my routine excercise .
I like to do exercise with nature. These exercise are good for your health and as well as reducing stress so these are some of the pic and my routine guidelines .
So I start with running aprox 10km of street running. After that I start with 3 set of chin up of 10 per set then crunches. I m not good at bloging I guess I explained well hope you like it guys.
