I think both Nadal and Djokovic will pass Federer eventually. Federer I doubt will win anymore or maybe 1 more, I think Nadal could win 2 or 3 more and Djokovic could win the most of these 3 guys. He's a year younger than Nadal and seems to have more widespread success, but Nadal dominates the French Open like nobodies business. If this pandemic hadn't happened Nadal likely would have already tied Federer for most all time at the French this year. Djokovic could win 2 or 3 more at each venue outside the French Open so I think he has the most upside, all of this is assuming no new up and coming player dominates the circuit in the next few years.
