I found a new place to play pickleball called Pickletime through reclub. I have played here a few times already thanks to the reclub sessions that were super cheap to join. The awesome part is I can walk here to play. It's less than 2km for me which is around a 20 minute walk from my house. You can see below the receipts I paid to join some of the sessions.
When you're going there, you might think you're in a suspicious area. It's an industrial area with a lot of industrial work and warehouses. The owners were able to find a warehouse to turn into pickleball courts as you can see from the images. I was actually able to play a game with two of the co-owners of the place. They played pretty good since they had a tennis background. They told me that they made this place with pickleball players in mind. They didn't try to maximize the courts and instead made sure each court had enough space both on the sides and the front to back. I think they did a great job with the spacing and even the height is great for lobbing. Some places you can't lob because it will already hit the ceiling like dink 2. Some things they are working on now are the bathroom, the blockers to keep the ball from going out and some work needs to be done for the flow of traffic.
I feel the prices are competitive. Other great places to play are around RM70/hour for peak hour. I believe they were able to lower the cost a bit on the court due to a lower rental fee because of the warehouse they got and the location of it.
This is one of my favorite pickleball courts in Subang now. I will be playing here tomorrow from 10am-12 and 7-9pm. I just wanted to write a quick post about it because I haven't had the time to write posts these past few days. I've just been working and then playing pickleball. I played everyday this week except for today (Saturday) and probably around 13 hours of playing. I actually did shopping today because I saw someone roll their ankle on Friday. I've been playing with the wrong shoes the whole time. I was playing with running shoes and running shoes aren't ideal because it focuses more on forward movement and not meant for the side to side quick stop and go style of pickleball. I decided that I better buy shoes designed for pickleball so I don't get injured and I got a good deal for 50% off at Sketchers. I recommend to check out sketchers for pickleball shoes since it cost me under RM200! Most of the other pickleball shoes out there will easily cost over 300!
That's all from me. You can check out the receipts below and the socials for the place. If you live in Subang, I highly recommend you to play here for pickleball!

That facility doesn't look like much on the outside but they did a very good job on the interior. That is seriously cheap prices too. It's much more expensive where I live.
O.O yes haha because it's a warehouse. dont think its worth spending so much for the outside since its an industrial area. I'm glad they focused more on the courts and making sure there's enough space! Some places try to squeeze the maximum amount of courts instead of making sure it's quality.
Oh where are you from? It could just be a currency thing :P. You guys making more money as well?
This one good ar
a bit hot tho haha. best place if dont want to sweat is go 91 there above the giant in usj1. they blast AC one since inside mall
U see, most active "unker" like to sweat lika pig. To most mid life guy think any form of workout require to break sweat to be healthy. Despite I'm not those kinda unker, but subconsciously I will still go sweat to feel good 🤣
haha actually got a lot of uncle and aunty play pickleball! I think it's great for them. They can stay active. Keep their coordination and movement so can stay healthy. If stay at home do nothing / watch tv, I think deteriorate like get all those Alzheimer's and other health issues.
I actually would prefer not to sweat so much ahha. sweat a bit ok but cuz malaysia so wet wet humid then no choice ;( unless go 91 where they blast AC and play
