Great post! It is a very interesting angle on combat sports. However this and every other attempt so far in combat sport to make teams viable outside of training has failed and this is definitely in that same column.
You're saying the UFC athletes are made to look like pussies because these guys fight on a team in a narrow ring? 🤣
I'd say, the guys getting in there alone with top tier talent are much more brave.
Plus this:

A sport not allowing wrestling or grappling is not a subtle difference at all, actually quite the contrary.
