Hello hivers, i am back again, and today i want to discuss where 21 year old gem Erling Haaland could end up in the summer.
Of recent, when you talk about world class youngsters, the name Erling Haaland who plays in Borussia Dortmund has to be mentioned, due to his outrageous goal scoring abilities.
He is nicknamed ‘the machine’ because he acts and even looks like one.
And of course, due to his status, he is one of the hottest topics in the transfer market, as many top clubs are after the signature of the Norwegian Striker.
Barcelona, Real Madrid, Bayern Munich and Manchester City are currently the candidates to acquire his signature, with Man city arguably being favorites because of their financial status, the fact that they have a world class manager in Pep Guardiola, and a huge sporting pull at the moment.
Real Madrid are considered favorites as well for similar reasons, but they have also been after Kylian Mbappe, who is Erling Haaland’s ‘rival’ which makes most people believe they cannot afford both, and also that they wouldn’t like to play together.
Bayern have a history of buying Dortmund players, eg Lewandoski, hummels, sule,etc, and they are after Haaland as a Lewandoski replacement.
We don’t know if he would like a move to his direct rivals, but who knows, crazy things happen in football.
Barcelona are not in a good place financially, but they still have a massive pull. If Haaland can adjust his wage demands, then Barcelona have a big chance in achieving this signing.
21 year old Erling Haaland, who has scored 56 goals in 60 games for dortmund, has a release clause of €80 million, which is quite affordable for some clubs, but the problem lies with the alleged €50 million commission for his father, and another €50 million for his agent, Mino Raiola.
It would be a huge investment for whoever pulls this off, but it would probably be worth it.

true, but you can’t disregard the pull of barca and madrid regardless
Surely Barca can’t afford him? Madrid have Benzema so presumably he’d be in direct competition for his favoured role

Halland will probably be with Manchester City logically, they are the team that needs Haalland the most, and the club's project is very attractive, and they are able to pay the huge player's salary
