We had a midweek blockbuster in the football world. Yesterday, football fans all over the world were treated to peak entertainment. Eighteen UEFA Champions League games ran simultaneously; wow. Everyone definitely pulled up their multi tasking skills, haha. Today, the last round of European games for the first stage would be completed and then the draws would be pulled up tomorrow. Exciting times. Away from European football, the EPL returns this weekend and we have some exciting games stacked up. We're edging ever closer to the final games of the season. Still a long way, but, the competition is definitely heating up now. Who will be crowned champions of England? Let's dive into the top games for matchweek twenty-four.

Bournemouth Vs Liverpool

The reds keep waxing stronger. Fired up with toping the Uefa Champions League table, Liverpool would be going into this game in full spirits, looking to extend their lead at the summit even further. Arne Slot men would be up against the Cherries who are on an incredible run of twelve games undefeated. Incredible! A club record. Iraola's team ran riot last time out against a top three team, wining five goals to nothing. This promises to be one hell of a game. Prediction - 1-2.

Manchester United Vs Crystal Palace

On Sunday, the Red devils welcome Palace to Old Trafford. United currently twelve in the table. One of their worst at this stage of the season in the clubs history. Albeit, they have had their own fair share of injuries, United's season have been plagued with inconsistencies, with individual brilliance been the difference more often than not. It has been similar story for the eagles who sit directly below United at thirteenth place. Albeit they have been on good form lately, with a 2-1 defeat to Brentford last time out ending their six games unbeaten run across all competition. An interesting game this would be. Prediction - 1-1.

Arsenal Vs Manchester City

The heavy weight clash of the gameweek would be at the Emirates stadium as the gunners welcome rejuvenated City. The gunners would be hoping to keep their title hopes alive as they take on city who looks to have found their mojo back. It was a hard fought three points last time out for Arteta's team against wolves, even after suffering a controversial red card, but morales would be high in the camp as they qualified for the last sixteen of the champions League yesterday. Manchester City also, fought back from going one goal down to win 3-1 to keep their champions league hope alive. Pep Guradiola and is team looking alive again as they continue to put in work and get the results. They now sit fourth place in the table six points adrift Arsenal and twelve of the top. Hopes not lost yet you'd think. Prediction - 1-1.

Chelsea Vs West Ham

It's the final game of the week on Monday at Stamford bridge as the blues take on the hammers. It would be a homecoming for West-Hams manager Graham Potter as he goes up against his former employers. Chelsea's season has taken a nose dive as the blues are on a terrible run of one win in seven EPL games, which saw they drop out of the top four. After a convincing win at wolves, the blues looked to have picked up momentum again only to suffer defeat against Manchester City for the second time this season. West Ham earned a point last time out against Villa which saw them go twenty seven points clear of the relegation zone. A promising game this. Predictions - 2-1.

Some massive matches this week, Forest need to bounce back from lasts weeks thrashing by Bournemouth but I expect Brighton will want to recover from that Everton loss too

Yoooooo
It's insanebtye scoreline today 😂😂

What do you make of it?

Amazing game that could have been turned early on if the VAR for the third had gone against us, or their shot against the bar had dropped the other side of the line. The change in formation gave a bit more freedom to Elanga and it showed for his 3 assists. Biggest win since early 90’s vs Chelsea

I'm particularly impressed with Woody and his movement. He looks to be aging like fine wine
