I'm making this post a bit late to be honest. Game week thirteen already kicked off almost twenty four hours ago as Brighton Welcomed Southampton. A game which ended a goal apiece. The weekends game already kicked off as Brentford welcome Leicester; the first game of the weekend. Crystal Palace take on Newcastle; Nottingham Forest lock horns with Ipswich and then Wolves and Bournemouth slug it out. These are the games today but not the key games, so technically, it's not a late post, xD. Depending on how you see it.
Well, there you have it. Game week thirteen looks really promising. What do you make of it? Do share in the comments. Till next time. Cheers.
West Ham vs Arsenal
First big game of the week is later on Saturday evening as Mikel Arteta's free firing gunners would be looking to take their wining run to three in all competition. They've also scored eight goals and conceded Just one in their last two games. They are definitely blazing at the moment. West Ham on the other hand have been struggling, with more loses than win in the competition this season. Let's see how the game pans out.
Chelsea vs Aston Villa
Early kick off Sunday, we head to the bridge where Chelsea would be looking to strengthen their foothold in the top four race. Albeit early days, and also nine points behind league leaders Liverpool. Enzo Maresca would be hoping to keep his team growing from strength to strength. They will also be going against a team with no wins in five. Unai Emery would definitely have his hands full.
Manchester United vs Everton
New United manager, Reuben Amorim would be looking to record his first League win as Manchester Uniteds manager as they welcome Sean Dyche's Everton to the theatre of dreams. Albeit, they came from behind to win their Europa league game just two days ago, United faithfuls are not fully sold yet, and understandably, it would take some time for the Portuguese tactician to pass along his message. United heavy favourites for this one.
Liverpool vs Manchester City
The heavy weight clash of the gameweek would be at Anfield. Arne slots impressive reds would be battling it out with Peps injury-depleted Citizens. It's a tale of opposites at this time, as Liverpool could not have wanted a better time to play City, as Pep's team are now six games without a win in all competition 😲. On the other side of the spectrum, Liverpool have won all six of their previous game in all competition. Incredible! The stark difference in form between these two teams puts Liverpool as huge favourites to run riot. What a game this promises to be.
