Hola, reciban un afectuoso saludo mis estimados amigos de la Comunidad Hive Motors y a toda Comunidad Hive en general, en esta oportunidad les presento una reparación hecha a una cámara de comprensión de un automóvil.

Hello, receive a warm greeting my dear friends of the Hive Motors Community and to all Hive Community in general, in this opportunity I present a repair made to a compression chamber of a car.

Reparando una cámara de comprensión/ Repairing a compression chamber

Se nos presenta una tapa de compresión dañada y como podemos observar no se puede sellar la cámara para que, durante la compresión, la mezcla de aire y combustible no pase al interior del cárter.

We are presented with a damaged compression cover and, as we can see, the chamber cannot be sealed so that during compression the air-fuel mixture does not pass into the crankcase.

Limpiamos la parte afectada./We clean the affected part.

Limpiamos muy bien donde el anillo acopla; ya que se observa dañada esa parte.

We clean very well where the ring is coupled; since that part is damaged.

Se taladra la parte afectada./ The affected part is drilled

Con el taladro limpiamos los 4 huecos por donde existe la fuga.

With the drill we clean the 4 holes where the leak exists.

Se limpia con gasolina./Gasoline cleaning

Limpiamos muy bien con gasolina la parte afectada.

We clean very well with gasoline the affected part.

Se calienta con el soplete./Heated with a blowtorch

Calentamos con el soplete la cámara de compresión, para que pueda agarrar más soldadura y que quede bien limpio por dentro.

We heat the compression chamber with the blowtorch, so that it can grab more solder and that it is well cleaned inside.

Se sueldan las parte afectadas./The affected parts are welded

Procedemos a soldar, de tal manera que no queden poros ni nada parecido. Dejamos bien alto la soldadura para que la rectificadora lo cepille y lo deje al tope, para que acople el anillo y no queden fugas.

We proceed to weld, so that there are no pores or anything like that. We leave the weld very high so that the grinding machine brushes it and leaves it at the top, so that it couples the ring and there are no leaks.
