the first step is that we have to clean the wheels from various kinds of dirt by wiping them, then we sand so that the surface of the wheels becomes smooth and clean. Sand slowly and repeatedly until the wheels feel really smooth without any dirt.
for the second stage, after the surface of the wheels are all smooth, it's time for us to give the basic color, namely black as the first layer, for giving color in this process, I do it repeatedly, up to 3 layers. for the first layer give a 15 minute lag then spray again and then another 15 minute lag time. serves to dry the total color on the wheels so that it absorbs perfectly
after that we dry in the sun for about 30 minutes, so that the color dries perfectly in the color drying process it depends on the weather. if the weather feels very hot maybe 20 minutes is enough but if the weather is not supportive it takes 30 to 50 minutes, indeed we have to do this with patience.
then the third stage is giving purple color to the wheels which we have given a black base color and we dry it. Just like the second process, for this painting we are given between 15 to 20 minutes for each coating, so we spray three layers why do we need many layers ? it is used to make colors more vibrant to look beautiful
go to the last stage, which is the fourth stage, after the purple color is evenly distributed then we dry it. Next is the coloring of the coating which serves to protect the core color from scratches or abrasions against sharp objects. This last color is a transparent color, the same as before we have to do it gradually as much as 3 layers with each spray, dried 15 minutes first.
