as for ways of inserting quality paint

in Hive Motors2 years ago

Hello friends good night. Welcome to meet again in my post this time, so on this occasion I will post, namely the painting of the Avanza car, but this time we only painted one panel. It's true, friends, I haven't forgotten either, greetings to all communities wherever you are, especially the HIVE motorbike community, I hope you will always be successful, and also provide health so that you can carry out activities as usual. Alright friends. Incidentally, on this occasion, we have a gentle friend, who happens to have this car scratched at the door, namely at the bottom of the side door, actually when going backwards this car was hit by a tree root in front of his house, therefore resulting in blisters on the door namely at the very bottom along with the steps of the car, it just so happens that this Avanza car is the latest year's car, according to information I just took this car from a new dealer two months ago so it accidentally backed up in front of his house and was hit by the roots of old tree trunks, so it resulted in blisters on the door. So this friend of mine wants to ask for my help to repair it as before, and don't have time or see the parts of the car that have been overpainted, or the paint surface pasted over, and also don't see stripes or visible marks between the old paint and the new paint, and I try as much as possible so that the door does not look like it has been painted, and I will also try to make the condition between the panel that has never been painted and the panel that has been painted look the same as the part of the panel that has never been painted, but thankfully what happened is exactly the same the panels that I have painted and the panels that have not been sprayed with paint are the same, there is no difference at all, that is the quality we have worked on, if we want to be successful in our field of work, therefore, love our own work if we really want to be successful and also never doubt our abilities or our own expertise...

Alright friends. As for the methods that we do, namely the insertion of paint on the surface of the car or per panel, this is very much different from pouring paint on a full body. The method of inserting paint is rather difficult and the risk is very high, if we do something wrong it will cause damage to the panel, because the factory default paint is of very high quality with the paint we use. Because their factory default paint does not coat with anti-scratch. The paint that we use is coated with anti-scratch. So that's why I said this paint insertion job was very risky...

All right, as for the methods, at first we have to use plastic putty, we putty on the scuffed parts, after that we wait for it to dry for about 1 hour in the hot sun, then we rub it with 150 sandpaper and we repeat it with 320 grit until it is smooth, after everything becomes even and really smooth then we apply epoxy paint on the part that we putty before, after that we wait for it to dry for 24 hours because this epoxy takes a very long drying process it takes 24 hours to really dry, after that we rub this epoxy until it's smooth with pulp number 1000 until it's really smooth and smooth, then we polish the panels of this car using robin, we don't need to sand it to all parts of the panel that we want to insert so we only need that we polish by wearing that Robin, we eat a pole so that Mia's scars or other traces are gone and clean so that it will be easier for us to do the cleaning. fill in paint so as not to cause damage to the panel of this car...

Then after that we sprayed the finished color paint, which is white, we spread it in layers and slowly until it is covered in epoxy color, so we don't need to press it on all the car panels, just on the parts affected by the epoxy paint, after that it's right - completely covered with epoxy paint color and it doesn't appear to be connected between the new paint and the old paint we just did, namely spraying, which is anti-scratch. So this anti-scratch is what we spray onto one panel so that it looks like it blends in with the name paint and new paint and also it will blend in with the other panels with the panel that we sprayed anti-scratch earlier...

And this is the result that we have done today, the result is pretty good and neat, there is no damage to this part of the door panel, the result is perfect. I hope this is useful for all of us by inserting chat on the car's surface media, this is the result that I have done today...

That's right guys. This is all I can do at this time, hopefully it can be of benefit to all of us. And I also ask for support from all of you, so that I can be even more enthusiastic about developing my posts in the days to come. And I don't forget to also say my last greetings to the entire community, especially to the HIVE motorbike community wherever you are, my respects to all members of the community.

Alright that's enough and thank you...
