What's up friends of the community, this week full of challenges I haven't been able to publish much, among so many things that happened to me are that both cars were not working, one more serious than the other, the X1 possibly seized the engine and the Arauca doesn't start due to failure in the fuel pump.
Motor trancado + Bomba de gasolina mala | Catarsis
Que tal amigos de la comunidad, está semana llena de desafíos poco he podido publicar, entre tantas cosas que me pasaron están que los carros ambos quedaron accidentados, uno más grave que el otros, el X1 posiblemente se tranco el motor y el Arauca no enciende por falla en la bomba de gasolina.
The X1 days ago started to sound the tappet again, well I thought so, the oil that I put recently for second time in less than 5000 km driven quickly lost its viscosity, it is something visible but I don't have the budget to change it so soon, it should be this time for a good one, I wanted to stop using the car but the Arauca didn't start because of the fuel pump.
El X1 días atrás empezó a sonar el taquete nuevamente, bueno eso pensé, el aceite que coloque hace poco por segunda vez en menos de 5000 km recorridos perdió rápidamente su viscosidad, es algo visible pero no tengo el presupuesto para cambiarlos, debía ser está vez por uno bueno, quise dejar de usar el carro pero el Arauca no arrancaba por bomba de gasolina.
With no money to take care of both problems I kept using the X1 just to take my kids to school, praying every time I went out that nothing bad would happen until I gathered enough money and buy the oil, but yesterday when I went out the car suddenly stopped, just like when you cut back with the gearbox at a lower speed by accident.
Sin dinero para atender ambos problemas seguí usando el X1 solo para llevar a mis hijos al colegio, orando cada vez que salía para que no pasara nada malo hasta que reuniera el dinero suficiente y comprar el aceite, pero el día de ayer al salir el carro de repente se detuvo, así como cuando recortas con la caja de cambio a una velocidad menor por accidente.
Fortunately it was close to home and we were able to push it just a few blocks on the way back. To test it I gave it a start and it sounded like when the Bendix doesn't engage the rack, at that moment I knew that there was a possibility that the engine was stuck. The little I know is that I can check by removing the crankcase and look at the crankshaft, lifting the car and putting the gearbox in 5th gear and turning the right front wheel.
But I'm not very sure, so I asked a friend to advise me and help me, he will come soon but he told me to do it myself and he guided me by phone, the truth is that I haven't the courage to do it, when I thought I had everything in order at last with both cars this happens, soon I will do it and I will share the diagnosis.
Menos mal que fue cerca de casa y pudimos empujarlo solo unas calles de regreso. Para probar le di arranque y sono como cuando el Bendix no engrana la cremallera, en ese momento supe que cabía la posibilidad de que el motor se tranco. Lo poco que se es que puedo verificar quitando el carter y mirar el cigüeñal, levantando el carro y al colocar la caja de cambios en 5ta marcha girar la rueda delantera derecha.
Pero no estoy muy seguro, así que le pedí a un amigo que me asesore y ayude, el vendrá pronto pero me dijo que lo hiciera yo y el me guiaba por teléfono, la verdad es que no he tenido el ánimo para hacerlo, cuando creí que tenía todo el orden al fin con ambos carros pasa esto, pronto lo haré y les comparto el diagnóstico.
So I had to get the Arauca back on the road, today I was able to buy the pump and the connector, the work I did to clean the tank a year ago has to be repeated, the dirty Venezuelan gasoline did its thing and already affected the pump, it was overheating and therefore the connector began to melt.
Así que me tocaba poner a rodar el Arauca, hoy pude comprar la bomba y el conector, el trabajo que hice de limpiar el tanque hace un año ya hay que repetirlo, el sucio de la gasolina venezolana hizo de las suyas y ya afectó la bomba, se recalentaba y por ende el conector empezó a fundirse.
It is impressive the amount of garbage that has gasoline, I was impressed that there were even as stones and a kind of hairy stuck to the filter. In the end I was able to solve it but while I was assembling everything I damaged the original filter and the one that comes with the generic pump decreases a lot the fuel flow and it is difficult for the car to start.
Es impresionante la cantidad de basura que tiene la gasolina, me impresionó que incluso habían como piedras y una especie de peludas pegadas a el filtro. Al final pude resolver pero mientras montaba todo dañe el filtro original y el que trae la bomba genérica disminuye mucho el flujo de combustible y cuesta que el carro encienda.
This publication was more a kind of catharsis hehe, are things that if you talk to others and don't understand what we go through those who have a cart to keep it running, and to attend our business with comfort, only others who experience these things will understand me, that's the good thing about having this community.
Está publicación fue mas una especie de catarsis jeje, sin cosas que si las hablas con otros y no entienden por lo que pasamos quienes tenemos un carrito para mantenerlo andando, y poder atender nuestro asuntos con comodidad, solo otros que experimentan estás cosas me entenderán, eso es lo bueno de tener esta comunidad.

Te leo y sentí todo tu estrés, es terrible cada vez que escucho o en este caso leo a alguien con un problema mecánico tengo una amiga que tiene ese modelo de Arauca y mi hermana tiene un X1 y aunque mi esposo se especializa en motos también le entra como se dice a la mecánica de vehículos, ya que ayudaba a sus hermanos cuando hacia mecánica, siempre le escucho decir lo importante que es usar aceite del bueno, fue lo primero que vino a mi mente al leer tus primeras líneas.
Por otra parte, también he escuchado a muchos quejas de la mala calidad y la cantidad de basura de la gasolina actual ha dañado tanques y mucho más, es algo terrible. Por último espero logres que al menos uno de los dos logre estar al 100 pronto.
Hola @actioncats gracias por leer este especie de catarsis, el estrés es que dependo del carro para trabajar y luego de mucho esfuerzo por ponerlo a rodar se daña de la magnitud que puede pasar mucho tiempo para que lo repare.
Que bueno que tú esposo presta ayuda a tu familia, cuan necesario es contar con alguien hace falta de verdad.
😔 !De madre mi hermano¡ La verdad es que no tienes respiro con los carros, cuando ya crees estar saliendo a flote de los problemas, aparece otro percance para ponerte la situación mas difícil. Espero que puedas resolver lo mas pronto posible esa situación, tener el carro operativo es primordial. Saludos hermano.
Viejo la verdad que esto me cayó como un balde de agua fría, sabía que podía pasar pero en mi desesperación tomé una mala decisión, ahora mi stress es mayor, ya resolveré aunque aún no se cuna grave es, quiera Dios que no tenga que gastar mucho.
