A very cordial greeting to everyone, this time I am going to show you how to replace the variator rolls of an automatic motorcycle, since the function of these rolls is to give the variator a push so that it moves the belt generating more force to the motorcycle. When they have a lot of wear, it does not allow a good displacement, thus reducing the strength of the motorcycle
The first thing I did was remove the cover that covers the whole set of parts, belt variator and garage, for this I used a number 8 socket to remove screws.
This bike uses 6 rollers, as you can see it was necessary to replace them, they already had a lot of wear and tear and the bike lacked strength. To place it, you just have to remove it manually and place the new ones.
Then I proceeded to reassemble the variator with the rollers already in place, as well as the belt and crochera.
Espero que les allá gustado esta pequeña explicación y cuando vean que la moto no tiene fuerza este puede ser uno de los problemas ,muchas gracias por su atención.
