Hoy llegó el taller un amigo pues al taller lo que llegan son amigos 😝😝, lo cierto es que llegó con un problema en el tren delantero de su carro y cuando reviso es que tenía un tornillo que sujeta una plancha que agarra la barra estabilizadora del tren.

Today came to the workshop a friend because to the workshop what come are friends 😝😝, the truth is that he came with a problem in the front axle of his car and when I checked is that he had a screw that holds a plate that holds the stabilizer bar of the train.
Cuando me asome a revisar lo primero que vi es que le faltaba un tornillo así que fui a buscar uno para montarlo y cuando lo estoy ajustando el tornillo no quiso apretar así que vuelvo a sacar y revise bien y note que la base que agarra el tornillo no tenía rosca ósea ya estaba dañada. Para acceder tuve que desarmar muchas cosas incluso la barra estabilizadora para poder mover la plancha.
When I went to check the first thing I saw was that it was missing a screw so I went to look for one to mount it and when I'm adjusting the screw did not want to tighten so I took it out again and checked well and noticed that the base that holds the screw had no thread, so it was already damaged. To access I had to disassemble many things including the stabilizer bar to move the plate.
Lo que hice fue buscar un macho o tarraja para hacer la rosca nuevamente y buscar un tornillo un poco más grande, utilice un macho 7/16 rosca gruesa y el tornillo nuevo de la misma medida, al principio fue algo complicado ya que no contaba con espacio suficiente para realizar el trabajo. Generalmente para hacer una rosca nueva hay un kit de machos que traen el primer paso, luego el segundo y por último el tercer paso que es el que abre la rosca definitiva, pero en este caso no contaba con ese kit de esa medida pues tenía un solo pase y para variar ya estaba dañada así que tuve que darle con mucho cuidado para que no se me dañará la rosca nueva ni el macho también pues es el único que tengo de esa medida.
What I did was to look for a tap to make the thread again and look for a slightly larger screw, I used a 7/16 coarse thread tap and the new screw of the same size, at first it was a little complicated because I did not have enough space to do the job. Generally to make a new thread there is a kit of taps that bring the first step, then the second and finally the third step which is the one that opens the final thread, but in this case I did not have that kit of that size because I had only one pass and for a change it was already damaged so I had to give it very carefully so that I would not damage the new thread or the tap also because it is the only one I have of that size.
Gracias a Dios pude hacer la rosca y quedó muy bien, coloque el tornillo nuevo y ajusto muy bien, tuve que volver a armar todo, fue un engorroso ya que el espacio no era mucho pero igual puede hacerlo y armar todo. Luego de colocar todo el su sitio se probó el tren y se le quitó el ruido que tenía así que el cliente amigo quedó contento y yo pues muy satisfecho de a ver pido solucionar.
Thank God I was able to make the thread and it was very well, I put the new screw and adjusted very well, I had to put everything back together, it was a little cumbersome because the space was not much but I could still do it and put everything back together. After placing everything in its place, the train was tested and the noise was removed, so the customer friend was happy and I was very satisfied to see how to solve the problem.
