U set kvacila cine 3 stvari: korpa, lamela i druk lezaj. Kod vecine novijih auta postoji i plivajuci zamajac i on sluzi da amortizuje vibracije i ucini voznju lagodnijom. Uglavnom se ugradjuje kod motora snage od 100 konja pa vise, kod modela sa manjom zapreminom motora i snage nije takav slucaj. Kod nas ljudi izbegavaju automobile sa plivajucim zamajcem jer popravka ume da bude dosta skuplja. Kod svakog automobila ovo je jedna od malo tezih popravki i zahteva demontiranje vise delova a samim tim potrebno je i vise vremena. Nama koji nam je ovo hobi i koji smo kucni majstori ne prestavlja problem, jer uz malo maste i alata kod ne tako zahtevnih automobila kvar se moze resiti bez odlaska kod majstora. Odmah da naglasim da necu ici u sitne detalje jer slike koje sam postavio su nastale spontano, ali sledeci put cu slikati ciljano i objasnicu svaku sliku posebno. Kao sto se vidi na slici automobil sam podigao obicnom dizalicom i postavio ga na panjeve, zatim sam skinuo oba tocka i demontirao poluosovine.Zatim sam poskidao razne sitne delove da bi imao prostora pristupiti demontazi menjaca. Raskacio sam sajlu kvacila. Ispod motora sam postavio dizalicu da mi pridrzava motor kako bi mogao krenuti da demontiram nosac menjaca i odvrnuti 4 srafa koji vezu motor i menjac. Kada sam sve popustio menjac sam uhvatio i lagano spustio dole. Na ovoj slici se vidi razlika izmedju nove i stare korpe i slika govori vise od 1000 reci. Mogu samo da napisem da sam imao srece da nisam ostao u kvaru negde na putu jer pitanje je vremena kad bi propala papucica, jer se vidi da je korpa poprilicno ostecena, cak i fali par lepeza a na ostalima se vidi urezan trag od druk lezaja. Sam kvar u ovom slucaju se manifestovao tako sto mi je bilo jako tvrdo kvacilo i vec dosta puta sam morao dotezati sajlu kvacila jer nije hteo da ubacuje u brzine. Posle toga sam vratio sve nazad jos brze i lakse jer sam znao gde svaki sraf ide a i neki koji su bili korozirali sada su bili kao novi jer sam ih poprskao wd sprejom.
