Hello everybody. It's been three years that I had a crazy thought about my first motorcycle,a Honda cf50 a.k.a. Chaly. So I decide to check out if the parts I had spare fit. It's like sweet Christmas opening the warehouse.
The parts donor is a Honda rebel 250 which had been bought for the bike on the side,a 1983 Honda Cm250c. Front forks fit perfectly on Chaly's frame as for the swingarm there are some modifications that's need to be done. The biggest problem is the front and rear sprocket's alignment which is going to be a difficult front sproket axel modification.
I thing that the result is going to be gorgeous. I'm looking forward to see that finished and take it for some spins.

Cool work, is this gonna be a series of posts?
Why did you choose a Honda rebel 250? What requirements you had and how did you end up choosing it?
I am trying to make a series post yes. I want to make that bike work once again but without spending money, I had those speare rebel parts laying around. That's how I choose them not something special.
But one gotta wonder, if any other bike would suffice as a donor?
I didn't thought about that to be sincere.
