RE: Easter Entertainment

Happy Easter!
Our family tradition is to color eggs, not to draw or paint... I didn't think stones could be painted for Easter.
A long time ago I painted stones myself. Bigger stones...

Very nice video and you prove that who is an artist is an artist in many fields. You draw very beautifully, I like your stones very much. I also like the crime scene... beautiful tiles on the work table.

You've made me want to draw some stones myself but I know I won't now. Maybe, someday...

You know you can make mosaics out of pieces of painted eggshell? I used to keep the dyed eggshells for Easter...

Thank you :)

The same here, my mom and sister paint the eggs and sometimes make some designs, with the leaves of flowers and grass.

When I saw your collection of rocks, I thought of you and how you would like to paint them. And that I would like to see those. I am sure they would be nice and artistic, or minimalistic - the point is to enjoy the process and when we have a painted rock ready give it to someone as a sign of kindness or a gift. 😃

Mosaics from pieces of eggshell? That is creative!

p.s. I am looking forward to seeing some of your decorated rocks ;)

Well, I said I painted a long time ago (the 70s). I borrowed a book from the American Library in Bucharest in which I saw this technique of painting on stones. Now I don't have any more and don't remember what happened to them.

When I saw your stones and the enthusiasm with which you paint them I remembered what I did in my youth. I'd like to do it again... and I hope to. If I paint a few stones myself then surely you will be the first to see them.

Thank you for awakening this desire in me!

Thank you for awakening this desire in me!

You are welcome ;))

I spent some time today trying to figure out what works for me the best as a base, so I bought more paint today 😂

I'm waiting to see a new post with a bunch of painted rocks.
