Thanks Livinguktaiwan, Mexican traditions have given so much color to that symbol that somehow it has transformed it into something joyful even though it represents something so sad and scary. It is a bit contradictory, but it is something very folkloric of the Mexican people.

I sent a postcard nearly two years ago and it still hasn't been arrived

The only thing I can think of is that since we were in the middle of the pandemic and things were a little bit crazy, the postcard got lost. I receive packages by mail frequently from Madrid, I've been doing it for years and I've never had any problems. I don't know how it will be from the U.K., but I think it will be similar. A Hug πŸ€—
