There has been a lot more behind-the-scenes work done this week and some new card art revealed.

Sneak Peek At Some New UI
A front-end developer will be added in beta due to @elindos wanting to capitalize on momentum and speed.
New Beta Cards
First we have the 'Diamonstar Hyperbrainer'
Next we have the Syndicate Second Sister which is still a draft but looks cool nonetheless.
Third Party Support Program
@elindos plans to release APIs and game rules earlier in order to give third-party developers a chance to create tools like @tyrnis' market bot.
Developers that send their API ID will receive funding via a third party developer fund or grant, depending on how Beta goes. It will be determined by "how much their service is used (compared to all other third party services), but also the account level (settler level) and collection level of who uses it. (this is to make sure bots are again removed from this)" - @elindos
I am not a developer myself, but this is exciting news for those of us who are!

This card seems like it will be able to raise your crew's happiness for a day, whilst simultaneously making them "Slow" during that time. I suppose this could be effective after a mission that goes badly and someone dies, therefore dropping morale. But morale would be dropped even more if everyone died since they were all drugged up and no one was guarding the entrance. This also "Triggers Narcophile" on end, so we will have to wait and see what that will do in the future.

Another character card (with weapon!) for the cartel! Thanks! My favorite trait I think is Research (Bio Engineering) from the Magna Cultist card. It is a unique trait and sounds very intriguing. It is something I want to play around with in the future even though I'll probably focus on Military for a while or maybe as of last giveaway hybrid criminal/military deck. But will need some Syndicate Chips!

Diamonstar Hyperbrainer sounds like some sort of software similar to Diamonstar Designer but maybe add more odds to found wildlife or something
Syndicate Second Sister probably will have a similar skill set to Geisha
Physical Affinity: -4
Social Affinity: +8
Probably will have more intimidation and awareness and less on other 2 skills.And maybe a bit more of Physical Affinity and less Social affinity, maybe Academic affinity

Many thanks for the chip! I think the Hyperbrainer will be Beta's new "Syndicate Hacker". By that I mean it might have some very good programming and cybernetics skill grades. They might also be very good at making designs or some type of research. This information is an educated guess coming from what I have observed based on what we already know about the Diamondstar Corporation, of which there is only one Alpha card.
I have no clue as to what the Second Sister may do. She will be a literal wild card! I would have never guessed that the first card released, the Third Sister, produces a type of medicine. So the next one might have some other complimentary abilities such as something else colony related.
I wonder if it will be on par with an Elite Syndicate Hacker for loading fuel then.

The Diamonstar Hyperbrainer looks like it'll have some ability contributing to research, whereas the Syndicate Second Sister does look really similar to the Geisha. That katana she's holding in her hand does seem to indicate some kind of assassin ability.

I suppose the sistser might be hell of a fighter, perhaps with some sneaky features, as well. The hyperbrainer I do not know. Would be really cool if he could create like some kind of alternative reality or "disguising the 'real' reality" (sorry for that one). But I think until we really know for sure some time will pass! ;) I hope I still have a !PIZZA to share

The Hyperbrainer is looking totally cyber punk to me. I could see them helping decipher or hack data cores.
As for the Syndicate Second Sister... She seems a sneaking soldier! She's either got a sword in that shimmering sheath or she's happy to see someone—unlike the dudes at her feet who don't seem happy to see her... Well actually I don't suppose they see anything other than stars.
