I'm really glad I could provide some helpful ideas! Starting the #pgm project with 5000 BEE should be you're first priority and once it gets enough popularity and liquidity around the market, it'll be possible to move out with other plans.
@mchero proposal is indeed really interesting and can open up a decent income stream for PGM.
