I personally would think that that would happen to be a very real possibility. All these leaders need to be very careful because if they make a dumb mistake and destroy people's lives and make them desperate, then desperate people do crazy things...

yyyeeeaa.... I can kind of see that spinning out of control. That is there could be like a ton of legal issues following such drastic action.
I do get your concern, and admit i have thought along these lines my self, but been strongly adviced against it by evryone i even brought the idea up with!
