Graphics look great, although I have never really gotten into games like that. I have always been more of an action type gamer. Racing, first person shooters, fighting games, etc. Splinterlands has me opening my horizons so I may look into some games like this.

The graphics are really good. Although I have a feeling that different artists collaborated. For example, the champions profile drawings look a lot better than 3D renderings of their faces which are rather generic.

Don't get me wrong. 3D renderings are still great. You can rotate them too. And there are many of these Champions. At least 500 if not more. You get a whole index of them. Here is an example for the Sacred Order faction:

When you first discover a new Champion it gets highlighted.
