Reduction in fees for the CARTEL holders is not only smart but it is a great way to save money for the holders ... loving it.

I have a question, "What is the ratio or percentage, of something reserved, among CARTEL holders according to their holdings?"

    The reserve is currently without further limitations accessible to all CARTEL holders. Another user already suggested a further limit for each person specifically for the reserve. We will monitor if this might be a needed addition to our service.
