Best regards, my friends
The first half of this beautiful month of July has fallen and to celebrate this fact I bring you a very nice Splinterlands battle that is part of the so acclaimed Weekly Challenge. Let's start with the analysis of the battle but first I want to send a greeting to all the people who are part of the great community of Hive, who every day make this platform a very welcoming place.***Let's start with the game!
Challenge Card:
I was surprised to see the challenge card because if I remember correctly it is the first time I was going to use it, I knew it was a very good card because of the fabulous stats it has so I decided to create a strategy that would make the battle something lasting.
This gigantic squid lives in the deepest part of the ocean and always hunts in small groups of squids so it is almost impossible for any prey to come out alive from some kind of ambush, its great mobility allows it to make very unusual routes and it is capable of attacking again and again in short periods of time.
This monster of the depths has very good stats, it has 8 health points, 3 speed points and 2 melee attack points in addition to having an incredible ability that allows it to attack from the second position in the team.
Prepared:
For this battle there are two conditions:
The first one is Standard, where the rules are not modified and the second condition is the amount of mana of which I had a large amount: 99 points.
Strategy:
The strategy to develop for this game is to extend the battle as long as possible, which is why thanks to a large amount of mana I was lucky enough to select cards of very good level and performance with very diverse abilities that fit the needs of the allied monsters and the development of the battle.
DevelopmentFarewell
The battle started very evenly because my opponent's strategy was very similar to mine, we both had almost the same amount of life and we had two equal cards in our attack lines, however the positioning of the cards according to their type of ability was what led me to victory.
Strategy information:
Our great summoner is Kelya Frendul, he is a massive warrior with an incredible personality and great physical development, this colossus who is lord and master of the vast seas and oceans has great physical gifts: he enjoys great stature, is corpulent and has a great beauty that captivates any monster. His whitish hair color with a slight touch of a light violet color matches perfectly with his eyes and his grandiose armor that reveres all creatures of the sea. He has the ideal of always protecting the weakest and his great generosity allows him to give 1 point of armor to each allied monster and a point of speed for them to move stealthily on the battlefield.
Djinn Oshannus is the first monster to face the opponent, this incredible monster is in charge of guarding the coasts and oceans of the world's busiest, his appearance is similar to that of a god, his blue hair is long and meets with his big beard and bushy eyebrows. He possesses a type of armor on his forearms in blue bordered with gold that shines with every attack. His stats are truly monstrous: 10 health points, 2 magic attack points and 5 speed points, plus he has a special ability that allows him to reduce the magic damage received.
Flying Squid is the second monster that we find on the battlefield, this gigantic squid lives in the deepest part of the ocean and always hunts in small groups of squids so it is almost impossible for any prey to come out alive from some kind of ambush. This monster of the depths has very good stats, it has 8 health points, 3 speed points and 2 melee attack points in addition to having an incredible ability that allows it to attack from the second position in the team.
Sniping Narwhal is in the third position, this incredible monster resembles a white whale with a slight bluish touch, it is able to expel a jet of water so powerful that it reduces to nothing any object or enemy monster. It possesses 4 health points, 2 speed points which is somewhat surprising due to its large size and 2 ranged attack points, it has a unique ability that allows it to target ranged, magical or non-attacking enemy monsters that are not in the first position.
Deeplurker is in the fourth attack position in this great battle, its appearance is terrifying where stand out its big and sharp teeth, yellowish eyes that are only visible in the dark depth of the sea. It has quite good characteristics: 6 health points, 3 body attack points and 2 speed points and it has an ability that allows it to attack from any position marking the enemy with less health points.
Scavo Hireling is the smallest monster found on the battlefield, he is one of the monsters able to help any ally no matter how big he is, Scavo's ideals go beyond the limits of understanding. He has 1 health point and 2 speed points and an ability that allows him to restore the armor of the ally who has suffered the most damage.
Merdaali Guardian is the last one in the attack ranks, this beautiful siren lures prey using the striking color of her hair to then end their lives in the blink of an eye. Her stats are fascinating: 3
life points and 2 speed points, and she possesses an ability that allows her to restore a portion of life each round to the allied monster in the first position.

Synthesis:
The battle was very close and very even because we both put together a strategy based on the abilities that the summoner offered, however the position in which I placed my monsters were what determined the victory in my favor, acquiring cards with abilities that allow me to restore the armor and life of my allies played an important role in the battle and it was a wise decision, this is why no matter what we have similarities in the cards means that the one who is smarter and good strategist is the one who will be victorious.
