As some of you may know, the dCity president gets to flip the switches on taxes which, in turn, affects your SIM income as well as some other probablilites like an increse in "protection" from police staions.

Let's review

Now let's dig in to this little piece of info

Additionally, there is a tax (income tax) that is beyond the control of the President.

Wonder wtf that means...

Income tax is based on the average SIM token price over the last 3 days. When the price goes down, this tax should go up and decrease inflation and vice versa when the token price going up.

Price go down, tax go up 🤪

So if taxes get lowered and you get more SIM this week, maybe don't sell immediately 🚫

Income tax can be reduced by voting on the income tax reduction option in the lobby.
