GROW YOUR UPPER BODY AT HOME WITH DUMBBELLS ONLY (20 min workout)

Today we're going to hit our entire upper body in only 20 minutes!

You don't really need a gym to build an athletic and aesthetic body, you just need a pair of dumbbells and some motivation to workout.. and today i want to show you how!

With this 20 min workout you can grow your upper body; Chest, shoulders, lats/back, biceps and triceps... there is nothing you can't hit if you have 2 dumbbells!

The workout will be divided in 30 seconds spots and will lats for 20 minutes. Sometimes we will have some spots with 30'' rest, but don't count on them, the workout will be challenging!

This is a follow along workout at home, so you can start the video and train with me You can do this workout up to 3 times per week!
If you want to do 2 circuits of this one the same day, lower the weekly sessions to two.
