It's been days since I wrote my last blog. I have been busy lately. I don't want to write without preparing my mind on what words I should use to inspire my readers. I hope you still have time for my write-ups. During my busy days, I wanted to write but I seemingly can't find a topic on what to blog. I decided to go out and find places that could inspire me to find the exact words that I wanted to tackle. After searching in the web for to go places, I pick the place where my inner preference loves to visit. An ambiance that can give me a lifetime worth of lessons and realizations.
I love exploring places that boost my curiosity about things on earth. I went to the Ocean Park near my home to observe how sea animals adapt their lives out of their norm. I saw different kinds of sea animals, birds and reptiles. I went every corner of the park, taking pictures and sympathizing with them being enclosed in a space, an environment that is not their territory. The specie that attracts me the most is the SMACK (a group of jellyfish), free floating underwater as if communicating and mimicking one another. I observed how gleefully they swirl as if dancing by the extravagance of their changing colors despite being captured and not being able to live freely out of their own will. Then I thought, jellyfish can only live 6 months to 1 year depending on the environment that they have. Maybe, instead of thinking how to escape in that giant aquarium that could lead them to die ahead of time, they joyfully and willingly clutch to their new environment making unforgettable memories rather than contemplating about their problems. As the saying that goes, "Life is what we make it".
Contradicting hues
Humans and animals may differ in any forms but they are alike. But sometimes, animals are more carefree than humans. Wez humans can't control either the way we think or feel. We cannot even find the balance, instead we create the imbalance. Oftentimes, we're so absorbed in our own emotions that we forgot to think radically or we developed to be thinkers that we became insensitive in our surroundings. Unable to live a life worthy of remembering, wasting every chance that we have to be able to do things that we loved or wanted. At the span of time, I adapt an ability how jellyfish live their lives. We may experience the lowest of the lows or the highest of the high, let's learn how to dance in the swirl of the waves, sing together with the splashes of the seawater and peacefully embrace the changing hues of life.
