Sometimes you just need to let it all out. Whether you're feeling happy, sad, angry, or just need to vent, writing can be a therapeutic way to express what you're feeling. It can be cathartic to get all of your thoughts and emotions down on paper (or screen), and it can also help you to process and make sense of what you're going through.
