I've started to conduct free yoga classes online and in the end we are laughing for 10 minutes without a reason. This is really good practice. I would add that it is also helps to release heavy negative emotions, especially if you have a tendency to hold everything inside and never express your anger or any other emotions to your dear ones because you afraid to hurt them. So this daily practice of laughter helped me to express negative emotions in a light and comfortable manner so it will not be hurt to myself and others. Amazing thing! Also I would approve that it's really good for your health. It even could heal old chronic illness.
