Greetings to the entire community in this digital ecosystem.
Today I want to share with you a topic that I am passionate about and that I have been developing especially since the pandemic caused by Covid 19 began in 2020. In this way, in the company of friends and professionals that I have contacted in different social networks, applying a positive netoworking, we have met virtually to develop topics of interest in different areas, those that can allow young people to complement their education or training process.
In this sense, articulating the university and business education sectors, a synergy was achieved that has resulted in 2 international congresses, with the participation of speakers from different parts of the world, bringing together in a single digital space professionals from 3 continents: American, European and Asian, all this organized and developed from our eastern corner in Cumaná State Sucre Venezuela, the first-born of the American Continent, where Venezuela was born. It has not been easy because the technological deficiencies, the fear of the unknown and simply that we only count on the good will of the people because economic and technological resources are scarce and sometimes null, in spite of it we managed to forge this dream that day by day becomes a reality.
Now, the point that brings me in this opportunity is related to an activity that we organize and will perform today 05-07-2022 from 8:00 PM Venezuela time, in which we will have special guests from our country in addition to Ecuador, Peru, Colombia, Mexico, among others, all friends who are working in common areas, and this space allows us to exchange ideas and knowledge, so that new generations can take advantage of these spaces to continue building a better future. It has been an idea that arose from an International Congress that we organized from the University where I work, and as I belong to a research group related to the management area, we decided to invite some speakers who participated in this area, and thus achieve a discussion that would allow us to exchange knowledge and knowledge related to the new paradigms that arise and that put in the foreground people as the main axis that drives the organization.
The conference is entitled: CHALLENGES AND CHALLENGES IN ORGANIZATIONS. TRANSFORMING PARADIGMS, in relation to the topics that we will be addressing are:

These are themes that develop with the global reality, in which people must be valued and listened to as a fundamental factor for the growth of companies.
If you look at the agenda, all these points have people as the central axis, which invites us to look for the best strategies that allow us to have positive emotional, mental and spiritual health, in order to achieve growth as integral professionals, this is the new challenge facing organizations, and spaces like the ones we are developing, are considered really propitious because it allows us to listen to points of view that often coincide and others may be antagonistic, but it is the beauty of it all, to get the best proposals and ideas that allow us to strengthen as people individually, collectively and also as integral professionals.
Some points that I believe should be discussed are the need to evaluate what type of inclusion, equity, or diversity is being developed in each organization, I could cite as an example the university where I work. We have students, faculty and administrative staff with motor disabilities (lower limbs) and it turns out that the institution uses as its main auditorium the one located on the second floor of the new building of the institution. Another example is that we have students and administrative staff with hearing disabilities, were they thought of when the institution does not have formal sign interpreters?
In addition to this, there have been really difficult life situations, but our institution does not have psychologists or specialists to support the life situations that have arisen, so in my reflection, do we need to break paradigms? do we need to change cultures in the institutions and give more value to people? My answer is YES, and a resounding YES, because if we want to preserve life, adapt and be flexible, we must understand that diversity exists, that inclusion is not only opening doors, but that people feel that they are understood, that they are listened to, that they are a fundamental part of everything, and these reflective spaces that we organize, will allow us to hear how some companies or organizations are making an important leap to achieve protocols that help in this process of transformation.
