Hmmm, avoiding conflict is either being passive or hypocritical??
True, we can't always avoid conflicts, more so when it's glaringly obvious in certain instances which requires one to be outspoken about it which may lead one to be met with a conflicting situation,
But Sometimes wouldn't it be wise to avoid conflicts when one knows the outcome might not be beneficial to all parties, and especially on trivial matters
Wouldn't you say?

Thanks for the comment, when I made that statement I was referring to individuals who claim to avoid "all" conflicts, that is either a lie or the person is very dormant.

True, like you said, there are very trivial matters that can be rightly ignored. However, there are very important matters that ignoring might seem beneficial at first, it saves you from facing the hard truth however in due time that truth you run from with leap on you and take its painful bite 🙂

It is your choice.
