Solitude:A Time To Pause.

Life can be a whole lot sometimes. The aches and anxieties of life can weigh us so much that we build a huge wall around ourselves and not let people in. It is quite relatable that at a point in our lives, we might feel we are the only ones for ourselves. Friends and family might not matter so much anymore, we resort to isolation.

A lot of people have faced so much backstabs and betrayals from people who they trusted and cared about, forcing them to enter their shell and never come out. For others who feel out of place in this world, isolation might be their only way of escape. Isolation is not literally being introverted. It's understandable that most people enjoy their own space for certain reasons. But in isolation, people tend to deliberately avoid others and not let them in or share any of their feelings with them.

Personally, I've had those times where I become socially withdrawn from my friend. I wouldn't take callsnot like I am call person anyway. I wouldn't even come online to chat with them because I just felt like it was the best for me. It works most of the time, I come back stronger while other times, I miss my friends and want them back.

Recently, I have been taking time to take care of myself more. The thing is, I resort to isolation especially when feel so drained out of energy. With the world moving so fast, it's very easy to get caught with the fast pace so much that I start to loose myself. Nothing makes me happy anymore, I start loding interest in the things I once loved and slowly when the constant exhaustion reaches the brim, I become withdrawn.

Solitude helps me reconnect with myself. Gives me time to clear my head, to breathe, and to reset. During the quiet moments, I meditate more and try to figure out the things draining me mentally. I have more time alone with my many thoughts without distractions, giving an edge to put myself in order. I still try not to completely shut off the rest of the world , that can be a tricky part in isolation. Few days being your own person might get you thinking that you really don't need people anymore which is on the contrary. We all need people, the only thing we don't need is losing ourselves being with people.

While it is necessary to use isolation as a reset button, the need to check for balance arises. It's good to make excuses for ourselves when we become overwhelmed with the cares of life. However, isolation doesn't mean running away from people. Take some time off, fix yourself and come back stronger.

Yeah, these are major and reasonable reviews why we can justify isolation,

I keep saying it, that isolation is not completely on the negative side of life. They help us to recover, recognize and restore lost abilities in the hustle of life.

Exactly ma'am.
We think deeper during our quiet moments and figure out ways to become better.

Yeah, thank you!

It's all about moderation. Even in isolation we find solutions to our problems and learn better ways of self improvement and human connections.

That's agreeable.
Isolation can help us improve ourselves if we harness it properly

Sure got that right babe 😽
