Wow.
Most times I find it difficult to flow with people in conversation. Although,I flow very well in chats but not just facial conversations I always run out of words.

Take it one step at a time, I think one thing that makes conversations to flow is having a common ground, once both parties have common grounds you can talk exhaustively on it.
