It is not that we are perfect but we should not ask for perfection because it is not to punish the error but to teach in a proper way to do things right, especially to understand that not everyone has the ability to understand in the same way, it is not that we are stupid but the ideas do not reach everyone in the same way.
Por que digo esto por que muchas personas les cuesta hacerse entender a la hora de explicar, dan por entendido lo que están diciendo y siempre hay personas que captan más lento que otras o que hay que repetir muchas veces para que lo información les llegue indistintamente si son adultos o niños o si son analfabetas o con post grado, no importa lo importante es que interlocutor pueda llevar la información de manera acertiva, clara y sin margen de error.
Me ha pasado que últimamente que las informaciones que me llegan son algo confusas, pienso que el mensaje debe ser claro sobre todo cuando es lo que el receptor normalmente no maneja el tema, para hacerlo sencillo, yo soy Odontologa y para poder redactar mis publicaciones he tenido que hacerlo en un lenguaje mucho más sencillo por que el gran porcentaje no maneja el lenguaje técnico y no me entenderían ni l cuarta parte.
Algo parecido me para a mi con temas de tecnología, programación entre otras, aunque soy una persona que asume con madurez sus errores y busca de alguna manera enmendarlo con su respectiva intención de no volverlo a cometer, esto vale para todo en la vida, no por eso debemos marcar a las personas ahora lo que si es que se pierde un poco la confianza cosa que es razonable.
Why do I say this because many people find it difficult to make themselves understood when explaining, they take for granted what they are saying and there are always people who understand more slowly than others or that you have to repeat many times so that the information reaches them regardless of whether they are adults or children or if they are illiterate or post graduate, no matter what is important is that the interlocutor can carry the information accurately, clearly and without margin for error.
It has happened to me lately that the information that reaches me is somewhat confusing, I think that the message should be clear especially when the receiver does not normally handle the subject, to make it simple, I am a dentist and to write my publications I have had to do it in a much simpler language because the large percentage does not handle the technical language and I would not understand even the fourth part.
Something similar happens to me with issues of technology, programming among others, although I am a person who assumes with maturity their mistakes and somehow seeks to amend it with their respective intention not to commit it again, this applies to everything in life, not why we should mark people now what if it is that you lose a little trust which is reasonable.
Muchas cosas suceden por no preguntar o por miedo hacerlo, la persona queda con la duda, y por no pasar por tonta comete el error muchas veces grave.
Hay profesiones donde los errores son difíciles de perdonar como a al personal de la salud, policías, bomberos donde los errores cuestan vidas, pero hay que continuar.
De los errores se aprende de las equivocaciones consigues la grandes lecciones de la vida, pero el secreto está de que la lección sea clara, y que estés dispuesto a entender lo que te quieren decir con esto, tal vez tú no estás en el camino correcto, y tropiezas para que te desvies y encuentres la ruta que te hará feliz.
Many things happen for not asking or for fear of asking, the person remains with the doubt, and for not being a fool, he/she makes the mistake, many times serious.
There are professions where mistakes are difficult to forgive such as health personnel, police, firefighters where mistakes cost lives, but we must continue.
From mistakes you learn from mistakes you get the great lessons of life, but the secret is that the lesson is clear, and that you are willing to understand what they mean by this, maybe you are not on the right path, and stumble so that you deviate and find the path that will make you happy.
Yo he cometido muchos errores el más caro fue mantener un matrimonio que no me hacía feliz, aprendí mucho, por supuesto que aprendí pero a qué costo, a perder algo que no recuperaré jamás: tiempo.
Eso nunca se recupera, a la ansiedad de mi hija y las inseguridades de mi hijo, y de mis propios temores, por esa razón ahora pienso mucho el siguiente paso que voy a dar, no tengo tiempo que perder.
Tratemos de enseñar a las personas de forma didáctica, que no por se mayor debe entender a la primera, que sí estamos en un posición donde se nos pregunta se nos busca par aclarar alguna duda pues debemos hacerlo con la mejor disposición y con las palabras adecuadas para que nos entienda y el mensaje sea claro.

That can never be recovered, to my daughter's anxiety and my son's insecurities, and my own fears, for that reason now I think a lot about the next step I am going to take, I have no time to lose.
Let's try to teach people in a didactic way, that not because they are older they should understand at the first time, that if we are in a position where we are asked to clarify any doubt, we should do it with the best disposition and with the right words so that they understand us and the message is clear.
Por eso las personas que son educadores, profesores, madres, padres tenga cuidado en la forma en que corrigen y como hacen llegar el mensaje de eso dependerá el éxito tanto del maestro como del alumno.
That is why educators, teachers, mothers, fathers should be careful in the way they correct and how they get the message across, on that will depend the success of both the teacher and the student.

Ciertamente, por no preguntar a veces cometemos errores. Y en ocasiones duele más en vista que siempre tuvimos al lado a quien podría ayudarnos. Quizás sea algo de humildad, y de esa forma preguntar sin temor a la impresión que pudiéramos dar. Entonces podremos seguir creciendo y evitando errores innecesarios 🙌
