Activating the body is one of the suggestions we like the most. With physical activity we can think clearly and channel the energy of our body effectively, energy that perhaps some feelings could incite us to direct it to something or someone, aggravating the problem.🍂

We will always have tools to help us manage, which are free, simple and accessible.😁
