When is it appropriate To Be Firm
This reminds me of a movie i watched some time ago, it was about a lady who was constantly molested and abused by her husband, and here in Africa Wifes are taught to be highly obedient, submissive and endure all sort of things in their marrital homes, its the way things are done, its how their mothers taught them to be and they actually grew up, seeing how their Dad some time maltreat their mom, so its something like a norm.
But that is not always the case tho, but most likely the case in most rural homes, so the lady in the movie kept enduring and tries all manner of ways of being a good submissive, well-behaved wife, but the husband kept taking all that for granted until a day came, when she met a Jim instructor, after narrating the whole story of what happened to her, cause he saw a bruise on her skin and insisted on finding out, finally she told him and from there he kept giving means to overcome the home bullying by her own husband, taught her how to be firm, defensive stand her grounds and turn down every move by her husband to take advantage of her meek, kind and humble personality, she did exactly that...
Soon the husband was shocked at the sudden turn around, and could no longer have his ways with her as he so pleases, i loved it how she acted up and stood her ground, soon things changed the husband now respects her and love was restored back into that home...
Personally i have a problem with people that are too easy, too kind or good because isn't fare at all, be good be kind, be gracious, show love, care and compassion to all arround you but then be cautious, be careful, be on alert, be vigilant, because in life things are usually not the way they seems, not to talk of human beings that can change in a split of a second, so you can choose to be good or kind to someone but in the long run it turns out to be bad or someone paying your good acts with evil and wicked acts, maybe you want to help a friend who is in need of money, pleaded with you to help that he will repay, but once you lend that money he or she disappoints and run off to no where not minding where you got the money to lend him or her.
If you are reading this, you must come to that point in your life where you place your self first in all things, -Your interest, your goals, your dreams, ambitions, prospects in life first above all else, if you are to do anything at all, please consider where you stand in it whats in for you, except its totally an act of self will, a show of generosity, such that will not hurt you or cause you to regret in any form whatsoever.
Be Firm In your Resolution This year
We all have had hundreds of resolution, most times we keep rewriting the same thing, adding a few, of course i'm guilty as much, but this year i am taking a firm stand on my resolution, enough of jokes and carless living its time to be intentional.
Be firm in your decisions
Most times we're a bit confused as to what to do when to do, where and how, its times to take a stand and be firm on your decisions and choices in life.
Affirmative declarations are some ways to ignite positivity to drive your goals and ambitions to life, walk through whatever challenges and circumstance to stand firm in making sure that you realise your dreams and goals in life regardless of anything around.
