I would agree that resentment is like a virus, with time it will surely spread and create that strong bitterness.

And yes, we totally agree whether, we want it to control us or we want to control it.

    Exactly, @lizizizoo. Maybe it is inevitable to feel it but we decide if we want to live with that feeling hurting us more and more or if on the other hand, we want to heal.
