marilourHi @pricelessudy, nice to meet you through this interaction. You have comprehensively outlined the feeling of anxiety, highly frequent in our day-to-day life, as it is present in all the spaces in which we develop. While we are more supportive and committed, joining together to share life stories, experiences, and recommendations associated with this feeling, we will be favoring and adding wills in its prevention and control, being lights for others who need us but often do not manifest it because of the stigmatization that usually occurs. Anxiety in itself as a feeling can be a powerful engine as a defense and protection mechanism for the action of the person who experiences it, before stimuli that trigger it. All without exception, in some moments of our lives in contexts of pressure, setback, and/or stress we have perceived its manifestations. The important thing that we should not overlook, is a sign of alarm the fear or anguish persistent over time and coupled with it the sum of representative expressions of isolation and limitation of activities, reducing the quality of life of those who face it and if it happens we would be in the presence of a condition called anxiety disorder. #emotionsfeelings

Has esbozado ampliamente el sentimiento de ansiedad, altamente frecuente en nuestro día a día, ya que está presente en todos los espacios en los que nos desenvolvemos. Mientras seamos más solidarios y comprometidos, uniéndonos para compartir historias de vida, experiencias y recomendaciones asociadas a este sentimiento, estaremos favoreciendo y sumando voluntades en su prevención y control, siendo luces para otros que nos necesitan pero muchas veces no lo manifiestan por la estigmatización que con frecuencia se produce. La ansiedad, en sí misma como sentimiento, puede ser un poderoso motor como mecanismo de defensa y protección para el accionar de la persona que la experimenta, ante estímulos que la desencadenan. Todos sin excepción, en algún momento de nuestras vidas en contextos de presión, contratiempo y/o estrés hemos percibido sus manifestaciones. Lo importante que no debemos pasar por alto, siendo un signo de alarma el miedo o angustia persistente en el tiempo y aunado a ello la suma de expresiones representativas de aislamiento y limitación de actividades, reduciendo la calidad de vida de quien lo enfrenta y de suceder estaríamos en presencia de un padecimiento denominado trastorno de ansiedad.

Oftentimes we ignore some of these feelings seeing it as normal, not until it gets to a point most people can't help it anymore before they realize it's serious.
