Sometimes if am having anxiety is either I sleep to cool my anxiety or listen to music and sometimes if am having anxiety I always stammering but if I try to calm myself down I always feel better.

Well you've kind of found some ways to cope with anxiety, which is great, and it's understandable that stammering can happen during anxious moments, its more of a natural response.
