Hope; the thing yet unbreakable thread that bridges success and failure! The singular factor that makes the whole difference. Without hope, the battle is lost before it has even begun. One who has lost hope already lost everything and that is the essence of my nickname, Sergio Spero, a constant reminder that "as long as I live, there is hope".
As 2024 draws to a close, I reflect on a year that came with its own challenges and triumphs; many ups and downs but then , like the saying goes, "what does not kill us makes us stronger".
So here we are, stronger than we started cherishing every sunrise as an opportunity to rewrite our stories, this time, more beautifully.
We are yet to enter 2025 but then, it has been handed over lots of loads and expectations to carry, hehe. We have been tested by lots of challenges from last year and here we are still standing tall, rather than succumbing to the challenges, we built on them and they revealed our in-built strength we never knew we had.
With renewed optimism, I am looking towards 2025 with progress and embracing the possibilities that lie ahead while looking at some pivotal aspects:
- A Healthier Living:
Entering 2025, I am thrilled on the health improvements. I recently saw the malaria vaccines and many other medical breakthroughs which is an inspiration for a healthier world. "A healthy nation is a wealthy one" they say and a 2025 with sound health will be a dream come through.
On a personal level, I am committed to prioritising my well-being, not just physically but mentally as well. Taking care of my body and mind will be a cornerstone of my goals because one with health is one who looks forward to achieving every other goal; sound minds and body are essential for pursuing success and happiness.
- Purpose-driven Goals:
For me, 2025 will be a year of fulfilling dreams and ticking boxes... While some goals may seem difficult and scary, I believe resilience and determination will help turn them into reality. Scary as they may be, I am optimistic that 2025 will make them all come through with resilience and determination.
- Hive Activities:
For my Hive visions, I plan on continuing being consistent and producing high-quality work. Improving on my engagements too and delving into knowing in detail what other tokens mean.
- My Career:
In my professional life, I aim at continuing to improve my clinical skills and saving as many lives as possible. For every life saved, they all leave the inspiration of contributing to the well-being of the society at large.
A Year Of Possibilities; 2025 is a year with many possibilities, a fresh start to dream new dreams and set new goals. Our ability to collaborate, innovate and persevere together can create a world that is not just for some people, but better for all.
I step into 2025 with open arms, ready to embrace as many opportunities as it holds.
