Problems are part of our lives. Without it, we will not be able to correct our mistakes, and we will not be able to learn from our lives.
Good morning, everyone. I hope that all of you are doing fine. My life lately has been so dramatic and stressful, but I'm still here, fighting life because I believe all my struggles are worth it in the end.

Anyway, I went to school today because we have a class. The rainy weather went along with the sad aura of our school. Last week, we lost one soul here on campus due to mental problem. I don't want to give the full details because the investigation is still ongoing. When I heard about what happened to the student, I almost couldn't sleep well. There was also a moment when I almost cried at the posts about him. I keep on praying that I don't radiate the issue too much regarding this.

Mental health is one of the most important things to me. I remembered myself after I gave birth. My son was a toddler then but I still feel that my Post-Partum Depression is still there. I tried to talk with the licensed psychologist and also attended various counseling. Thankfully, I also recovered.
I believe that the most important instrument in solving problems is communication. Maybe some people here are introverts and always hide their problems to themselves.
Dear, I hear you. If the problem you're carrying is getting serious, it's okay to talk about it with someone. I know there are still a few people who are willing to listen to you. It is okay to vent your rants, your complaints and even your joyful moments.
Before I end this blog, I want to drop a little reminder here for you my dear reader.

Before you make a hard decision, always remind yourself that you have survived all of your worst days in the past. Problems are part of our lives and can make us stronger and braver. Always pray to God and surround yourself with good people. If there is none, learn to accept the hardships of life and learn from it. We will not see our purpose in this world if we do not accept our mistakes and if we are not open to change.
Since we are celebrating Mental Health Month, I am praying for all people who experience anxiety, depression, and other mental illnesses. I am praying that you will not give up on life and continue the fight. Your story isn't over with one mistake. Choose to recover, stand, and keep going instead of ending it all.

It's sad that theres another lost soul coz of this. I hope okay lang yong naiwanan nya tsk tsk.
And fighting pa rin kahit gaano pa tayo hamunin ni buhay ng laban. Laban na laban lang dapat.
Mental problems and depression were really not a joke these days 🥹
